Overview

SAP iXP- Communications for SAP's Customer Support & CLM – Internship at SAP. Location: Sao Leopoldo, Brazil. Expected start date: October, 2025 (Hybrid 3x on-site per week).

What You'll Do
  • Prepare communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns and events – including presentations, videos, articles and graphics.
  • Manage event preparation and execution.
  • Provide support where required to the team executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations.
What You Bring
  • Preferred fields of study: Communication, marketing, graphic design, psychology, languages, business administration
  • Computer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), prompt engineering for large language models
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing and editing skills; German is an added plus.
  • Be a team player with an eye for details, expert in organizing, and passionate about using communication tools and platforms.
  • Pro-active character and reliable in delivering results
  • Good self-organization skills since you will be treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities
  • Good communication skills to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders
