What you'll do:

Position title: SAP iXP- Communications for SAP's Customer Support & CLM

Location: Sao Leopoldo, Brazil

Expected start date: October, 2025 (Hybrid 3x on-site per week)

You will support the Management Office and Support Engagement Team for SAP's Customer Support & Cloud Lifecycle Management (CLM) in their daily work. This includes employee and customer engagement, executive communication, business transformation and strategy implementation.

We are looking for a committed and passionate intern (f/m/d) to support with the following:

• repare communication content for internal and external programs, initiatives, campaigns and events – including presentations, videos, articles and graphics.

• anage event preparation and execution.

• rovide support where required to the team executing strategic programs and projects as well as business operations.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• referred fields of study: Communication, marketing, graphic design, psychology, languages, business administration

• omputer skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint), prompt engineering for large language models

• luent in English with excellent writing and editing skills; German is an added plus.

• e a team player with an eye for details, expert in organizing, and passionate about using communication tools and platforms.

• ro-active character and reliable in delivering results

• ood self-organization skills since you will be treated as fully integrated team member with own responsibilities

• ood communication skills to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders
