**bout the team**:
Our Technical Support organization is looking for an intern to join the SAP SuccessFactors team who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of SAP SuccessFactors Products.

- nalyze and resolve reported incidents by means of knowledge databases and/or verifying customizing entries or hardware parametersR
- oot Cause Analysis of reported incidentsC
- reate knowledge documentation, perform knowledge sharing, moderate forums, etc.P
- articipation in global projects around support processes, infrastructure requirements and quality assuranceR
- eport errors to DevelopmentP
- rovide consulting for customers on procedural issues and queriesM
- onitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
