We’re looking for a Financial Strategy Manager who will leverage AI and massive amounts of data to build, monitor and optimize our liquidity controls and financial results. What You’ll Do Develop forecasting models (with support of our data wizards) to predict inflows/outflows and ensure liquidity. Design and automate treasury workflows that guarantee safe, efficient cash movements. Monitor and analyze liquidity, ALM and profitability KPIs; benchmark against industry peers. Create and maintain tools (dashboards, reports, alerts) that ensure transparency and decision-making agility. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience in Treasury, ALM, Corporate Finance or related roles. Proficiency in SQL and spreadsheet modeling (integrating live data scenario forecasting). Strong grasp of liquidity, funding and capital management in financial institutions. Solid accounting knowledge able to connect financial statements to forward‑looking forecasts. Excellent communication skills able to distill complex analyses into clear actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders. Bilingual fluency (Portuguese & English). Nice to Have Python proficiency. Familiarity with COSIF accounting standard.
