Job description Senior QA Automation Engineer – responsible for evolving from manual to automated testing for a consumer-facing IVR supporting Experian's Consumer Services contact centers. What you'll be doing The Senior QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain an automation framework, execute tests, and contribute to the overall test strategy for IVR and CRM technologies. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver an automation framework with a quality mindset Extensive knowledge on automated testing for contact center telephony and CRM technologies Develop test automation scripts using Cyara, create test suites, and orchestrate test environments Contribute to the overall test strategy, develop test plans, and coordinate execution to deliver high-quality service Prepare test scenarios, test cases, QA/UAT stories, and acceptance criteria for each sprint Collaborate with project teams to devise automation test strategy and plans Work closely with product owners and scrum masters to determine acceptance criteria for testing Ensure correctness and completeness of voice/CRM applications and verify call flow logic Promote continuous improvement of performance testing strategies and methods Maintain automation solution adoption across the team and promote best development practices Coordinate end‑to‑end testing across product and domain teams Document and track test artifacts in Jira and source‑code control Maintain test development tools, source control, test management, and release systems Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices Communicate obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments Perform manual testing as required Qualifications 2+ years developing and building automation test frameworks and tools 2+ years transforming manual testing to high‑efficiency automated testing 3+ years of software testing experience Prior experience in voice contact center technologies (IVR, CTI, agent desktop) Experience testing APIs and Cyara Strong proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript, and GitHub Develop technical documentation for applications and systems Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience writing clear test plans and test cases Knowledge of testing integrations and end‑to‑end system processes Additional information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
