Overview
Institutional Sales Manager (LATAM/EU/APAC) at Binance. The role focuses on acquiring and managing institutional/VIP clients across LATAM, Europe, and APAC markets.
Responsibilities- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expand relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and understanding their needs.
- Build customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
- Analyze user behavior, identify needs, prepare key customer analysis reports, and coordinate with various departments to provide solutions and product feedback.
- Sales experience with clear KPI achievement (customer acquisition/origination).
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work autonomously within a sales team; experience with regional sales teams and hosting events to acquire new customers.
- At least 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with international financial background (banking, investments, FX sales).
- Experience with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks.
- Strong communication, flexibility, relationship maintenance, and sales skills; able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about crypto; industry experience is a plus.
- English fluency required; additional languages a bonus.
