**What We're Looking For**:
Professional with experience in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication, ease in interpersonal relationships, good logical reasoning and conflict resolution.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for meeting internal and external demands related to passengers, recording incidents and opening calls, aiming to support the development of corrective and service improvement activities. In addition, it provides guidance, training and resolves level 1 doubts.
**Skills You Need**:
- Experience in customer service and active service.
- Expertise in conflict resolution (complain here, consumer.gov, processes);
- Case analysis;
- Experience with multichannel service;

- Conhecimento intermediário no pacote office;
