Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring Sales Assistants
- Overseeing the sales process and actively managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborating with Sales Assistants to monitor their individual pipelines
- Preparing engagement letters efficiently and accurately
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Driving cross-service initiatives to expand customer relationships and revenue
- Leading retention efforts
