We're seeking an experienced customer service coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience area, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable to change, and possesses strong communication skills. They must be capable of managing time efficiently while handling multiple tasks, with a problem-solving mindset that includes conducting root cause analysis and driving process optimizations.
Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs and behaviors to suggest experience improvements, defining customer feedback categories and implementing systems to track and analyze feedback, improving systems and processes according to needs, and being available to quickly resolve problems by interfacing between internal areas and BPOs.
As a customer service coordinator, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans and lead medium-sized projects or initiatives within your CX area. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in service delivery in-house, operations, or a BPO environment with direct exposure to process improvement, data analysis, and incident management. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience is required.
Additionally, you should have experience managing small teams, advanced English language skills, proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Sheets, and CRM or CS platform proficiency. Strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to handle moderately complex analytical tasks independently are also essential.
