Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coaching and mentoring the customer care team to ensure they consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Creating a culture of continuous learning, where team members stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyzing and reporting key departmental metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Designing and implementing effective customer care procedures, policies, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with some experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
