Your Role

The Commercial Excellence Specialist will provide critical support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) on customer attendance and handle the entire sales administrative process, including pipeline updates, lead management briefings/quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), assistance with smaller Requests for Quotations (RFQs), support on new customer implementation, maintaining quotations uploaded at Corelog, and providing qualified handovers from sales to operational teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for high-level quotation management, follow-ups, and prioritizing tasks effectively. As an extension of NKAM, you will develop lasting relationships with customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead MBRs and QBRs, preparing presentations and conducting strategic/critical analyses of performance and improvement points.
  • Support on smaller RFQs, leading the opportunity internally with the team and taking necessary actions to submit proposals.
  • Support on the implementation of new customers (small/mid-business).
  • Responsible for customer attendance on sales proposals using available KN systems tools to leverage new business and develop KN networks worldwide.
  • Responsible for providing Purchase Agreement Certificates (PACs) at e-Req system.
  • Responsible for fully handing over sales proposals to operational teams.
  • Responsible for launching sales activities at Corelog (e.g., P2BV and quotation management).
  • Well-versed in reading and understanding rates, charges, and remarks on customers' RFQs.
  • Responsible for extracting Business Operating reports from KN Login to customers.
  • To leverage KN systems to customers (e.g., KN FreightNet, SeaExplorer, KN Login, etc.).
  • To have clear initiative to find solutions between KN products and customers.
  • To meet and respect values and policies of quality and compliance, as well as KN internal rules.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • University Degree in Administration, Commerce, International Relations, or similar fields.
  • Experience in Freight Logistics.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced English skills.
