About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Oversee team operations, capacity planning, and business backlog management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Information Systems or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in IT service management;
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results;
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
