About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Service Manager who can orchestrate end-to-end services, manage multiple projects, and provide guidance to teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, agile methodologies, and customer-centric approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Lead the delivery of services within a Service Desk backlog to meet customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Team Management: Oversee team operations, capacity planning, and business backlog management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in Information Systems or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in IT service management;
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering results;
- Strong understanding of ITIL and agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
