Project Logistics Customer Experience Coordinator

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders. As a key member of our team, you will oversee and coordinate logistics operations to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise the transportation of goods.
- Maintain up-to-date records and systems promptly.
- Monitor operational performance and report any issues.
- Evaluate and ensure that agreed-upon KPIs with customers are met.
- Participate in training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Implement business operations aligned with company guidelines, focusing on profit maximization.
Safety should be at the forefront of your mindset, and any Unsafe Acts/Conditions or incidents must be reported.
Your Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- Previous experience in customer service (end-to-end process).
- Relevant experience in Project Logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
