We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Performance Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our Customer Experience (CX) team, you will be responsible for driving performance excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service levels and reduce backlogs.
- Collaborate with leaders to set realistic goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
- Proven experience in workforce management planning and control for contact centers operations.
- Strong knowledge of service level management and backlog reduction techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Initiative-taking and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience with Excel and Google Sheets is required.
- Prior experience with Erlang and/or Workforce Management software is a plus.
