We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for onboarding and coaching new hires, monitoring quality assurance performance, and identifying improvement opportunities through data and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs to ensure new hires can perform in customer-centric roles
- Conduct weekly quality evaluations with agents to track performance metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and provide insights and feedback to leadership and management
- Prepare guideline materials and maintain records
The ideal candidate will have strong training, quality assurance, and process management experience, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to document and improve processes.
Requirements:- Advanced English language skills (conversation and writing)
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Outlook
- Previous experience in training and development
- Previous experience in quality monitoring and evaluation
- Previous experience with process design and documentation
