Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled customer experience specialist to deliver exceptional support services. This individual will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences 24/7, going above and beyond to provide empathetic and real-time support.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with mobile operators, merchants, and other partners to resolve customer issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities.
- Assist in transaction tests to identify payment channel issues.
- At least 2 years of experience in an online or digital customer-focused role.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work with urgency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Flexibility with rotating schedules.
