We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that impact lives.
This challenging and rewarding position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese, as well as experience working in fast-paced collaborative environments. You will be responsible for managing tasks to meet department goals, interfacing with internal and external customers, and performing centralized support for all AMR geographies and customer care sub teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, review, assignment, and disposition of customer cases in Salesforce.com CRM system
- Process customer orders efficiently and timely according to customer specifications and commercial terms
- Exercise judgment to resolve purchase order and system discrepancies for sales orders
- Collaborate with the master data team on customer-related tasks
