At our retail store, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our sales team. As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs
- Provide expert advice on product collections and features
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
- Maintain high store standards and adhere to company guidelines
- Guarantee effective customer relationship management
- Develop and transmit product knowledge with passion
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail
- Self-motivation and positive attitude with strong selling techniques
- Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
