- Evaluate and escalate complex issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.
- Foster open communication across organizational boundaries, from engineers to senior managers.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to process improvements.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Minimum 1 year contact centre or similar experience is mandatory.
- A degree in IT or related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience with ITIL methodologies is highly valued.
- Software support background is a plus.
- Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
