Customer Service Specialist

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues through seamless end-to-end support.
  • Support a diverse range of enterprise customers across various industry segments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.
  • Foster open communication across organizational boundaries, from engineers to senior managers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to process improvements.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and elevate the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year contact centre or similar experience is mandatory.
  • A degree in IT or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ITIL methodologies is highly valued.
  • Software support background is a plus.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
