Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional support and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including live chat, email, and phone.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role handling large volumes of emails and chats.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Experience with ticketing and/or live chat software (e.g., Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk) is essential.
  • Remote work experience is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, as some team members are based in other offices.
  • A genuine desire to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
