About the Role:
As a Customer Experience (Hotel) expert, you will be responsible for tracking customers' orders and responding to their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with guests to resolve complex issues while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- ">• Liaising across functions within the business to identify the origin of customer support issues and improve related processes;
We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

- ">• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as hospitality management or administration;">
- ">• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly;
