Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled customer support professional to join our organization in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

  • Communicate accurate solutions to customer issues using analytical talent and strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Work collaboratively with a strong team environment to provide unparalleled support to customers across various industries
  • Multi-task during calls to research technical issues while communicating with the customer and clearly documenting the issue
  • Contribute to the growth of knowledge base by creating product documentation addendums
  • Actively participate in software product testing to ensure new versions are ready for release


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to communicate technical information both in writing and verbally
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Database knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus
  • Must currently reside in Brazil
