About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our users receive professional and timely assistance with their queries and concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Responsibilities- Respond to all customer inquiries through our system in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide technical support and engage with our Product and Engineering teams as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant parties and ensure seamless resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
This is a full-time role that can be performed remotely. The working hours are 33 hours per week, with three days off. Shifts may include nights and overnights, depending on the day.
