Business Intelligence Customer Experience Analyst

The role involves working with large datasets to design and deploy data models, collaborating with business teams to grasp issues and conceptualize analytics frameworks, and developing analytical methods to assess model performance.
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree or above in data analytics or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in data science or related fields. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages is required. Additionally, the candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and possess experience in the Brazil market with proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Other LATAM languages are a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with large datasets to compile and deploy data models tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborating with business teams to grasp issues and conceptualize analytics frameworks.
- Developing and recommending analytical methods such as A/B testing.
