As a marketing specialist you’ll be responsible for managing direct response campaigns on Facebook Ads for clients in the Financial Services verticals. You’ll set up, test, analyze and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaigns. This is a full-time position with plenty of growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development and Oversight: Develop and oversee paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, ensuring they align with client goals and KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets efficiently, adjusting bids to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Utilize campaign data to uncover trends and insights, optimizing for performance enhancement.
  • Creative Copywriting Optimization: Collaborate closely with the Creative team to create and test performance ad copy and ad creative ensuring we're maximizing conversion rate while also adhering to brand positioning and guidelines.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and platform updates to refine campaign strategies continuously.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting: Report on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to the Senior Media Buyer.



Requirements

  • English speaker and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Experience in Facebook marketing, direct response marketing, or lead generation is a must
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Google ads experience is a plus
  • Experience in copywriting is a plus
  • You’re enthusiastic and fun to work with
