ResponsibilitiesReview and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billingHave knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expensesMaintain 1099s and generate report at year endProcess and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field1 - 2 years in accounting or related fieldStrong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processingStrong organizational, analytical and recording skillsDetail orientedProficient in Microsoft Office suite
