**About the area**
In order to create a balanced platform, Lalamove needs to create a favorable environment for its both ends: partner drivers and clients. Ensure that when a client places an order there will be nearby available drivers is the mission assigned to the Driver Operations team. Driver Operations missions is to build a long term oversupply, building a community of partner drivers that are engaged and that care about the quality of the delivery, taking the most they can take from the app.
**Main activities and responsibilities**:
- Track and present funnel indicators;
- Perform proposition of improvements and action plans to optimize the drivers conversion funnel;
- Distribute leads to the team of assistants;
- Act in projects of the Driver Operations team;
**Required competences**:
- Intermediate/Advanced English with ability to interact with international team;
- Experience with data analysis (preferably funnel conversion analysis);
- Experience in project/process management and review;
**Will be a plus if you have...**:
- Knowledge/experience in UX Design;
- Have worked with conversion partners;
- Knowledge in Tableau;
