Appnovation is an award-winning team dedicated to inspiring possibility. **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**: The successful Sales Operations & Enablement Associate will be reporting to the Associate, Go-To-Market, in a full-time capacity. We are looking for someone who understands or has the rapid aptitude to quickly understand global service sales. Someone who understands the important connection between marketing and sales teams and someone who understands not just Salesforce, but also system flows like Pardot. The individual would have an essential role and perspective on how Sales Operations and Sales Enablement support all sales activities (i.e. CRM management, signed contracts management, onboarding sales training and more) and how new processes are defined and implemented by the team in order to streamline and harmonize our sales operations globally. Through collaboration with various departments and various global regions at Appnovation, you will help to enable the Business Development and Client Services (Sales) teams to drive the growth of our business. **YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO**: **Learn and Immerse** - Gain a unique, all-encompassing perspective as to how a digital consultancy works and deeply understand how our different sales teams operate. - Be part of a critical team responsible for supporting behind the scenes CRM (Salesforce) admin, reporting, operations and data management for the company, ultimately facilitating the pursuit of winning business for the company. **Monitor, Review and Support** - Monitor our customer relationship management (CRM) system (Salesforce), and conduct data clean ups, in order to ensure data accuracy, security, legal, as well as regulatory compliance. - Perform weekly reviews of qualified opportunities, new prospects, dashboards, and CRM reports, in collaboration with all our sales teams globally. - Review and manage signed contracts, and coordinate with Finance to ensure data accuracy. - Support our sales teams with lead generation and verification, customer research, and other ad-hoc requests, as needed. **Communicate, Innovate and Train** - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to continuously improve our sales processes and CRM system. - Document processes improvements and communicate relevant information with our teams globally. - Assist in creating team newsletters, training modules and presentations for the sales teams. - Always be thinking of ways to streamline processes to do things more efficiently, quickly. - Coordinating updates for recurring meetings (ie. Strategic Growth & Mktg Monthly Alignment & AMER Growth Meeting) Most importantly, become a trusted, reliable, in-demand team member who supports Sales with all their operations. **WHO YOU ARE**: - You are goal-oriented, a "do-er" and derive a sense of pride & accomplishment tackling and completing your to-dos that need to get done through the week. - You have a customer service-oriented mindset, and ensure requests are completed to the satisfaction of the requester. - You are an innovator, always looking for a better way to do things. - An interest or affinity for technology is a plus. **Background and Experience** - Based in Brazil - Fluent in English - Nice-to-have: knowledge of the Lead-to-Close sales cycle is a great asset.
