About the team
The team is responsible for developing trading strategies that will drive revenue for TikTok's largest and fastest growing clients and agencies. The Partnerships & Trading lead will team with General Manager of LATAM Agencies, sales leadership, monetization strategy and operations and cross functional partners to develop unique programs to bring to market.

About the role
We’re looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can manage multiple tasks throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list. As our Sales Operations Specialist, you will join our high-performing TikTok monetization team and provide support to our sales team managing our internal management tools. This role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with other Sales Operations members to support, train and solve customer life cycle issues in a timely manner for its region (Brazil and Spanish Speaking LATAM).
- Run day to day sales operations process and approvals and provide clear feedback to all users.
- Document data flows, standard campaign operating procedures, and project-related requirements Issues analysis to determine areas of improvement and identify bottlenecks in the sales process
- Work with cross-functional teams and provide input on sales operations policies and procedures based on sales feedback and real practice
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Legal, Finance, etc.) expedite the review/approval process.
- Work with the product manager of backend systems to identify opportunities for internal system improvement
- Monitor sales-related metrics and provide the sales analysis report
- Build dashboards to monitor day-to-day operations

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Operations, Analytics or related field, MBA degree is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company with a preffered knowledge of the digital advertising landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- Technical proficiency in SalesForce,HubSpot or other CRMs and Insightly and Tableau is preferred
- CISA Certificate (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Advanced Excel and analytical experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly
- Is a self-starter and has the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
