Our team has been on the market for over 5 years, and we continue to expand as the demand for blockchain services rises.**Tools**:Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira and confluence, Slack, Nomad, AWS, Cloudflare, Dr.Sprinto**Required Qualifications**:- 3-5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or a related role.Demonstrated success in overseeing IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud-based environments, etc.).- Familiarity with colocation service providers worldwide (USA, Europe, Asia) and an understanding of key factors like pricing, SLAs, and volume discounts.- Hands-on experience with AWS, Cloudflare, and container orchestration tools (e.g., Nomad, Kubernetes).- Proficiency in managing collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), and Slack.- Solid grasp of cybersecurity best practices and IT workflows (e.g., access control, data protection, incident response).- Understanding of high-availability architectures and strategies for system reliability, including monitoring and redundancy.- Proven ability to negotiate with service providers and manage contracts, including pricing, SLAs, and legal considerations.- Experience evaluating hardware configurations and optimizing server infrastructure to balance performance, cost, and reliability.- Proficiency in analyzing financial operations data for server and infrastructure costs.- Ability to develop and maintain budget forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.**Will be a Strong Plus**:Experience in B2B Data Centers or Cloud Business Sales or Account Management.**Responsibilities**:- Research and select the most suitable colocation server providers across the USA, Asia, and Europe.- Negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pricing, and volume discounts to optimize operational costs.- Provide basic legal support and expertise when drafting agreements with service providers.- Choose optimal hardware configurations based on performance requirements, budget constraints, and future scalability needs.- Monitor and analyze financial operations data related to server infrastructure to ensure cost-effectiveness.- Provide infrastructure with transparent and convenient tools for inventory management and utilization to make infrastructure reliable and cost-effective.- Manage and maintain company-wide platforms, including Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and other critical internal systems.- Ensure smooth integration and performance across various cloud services and third-party tools.- Implement and uphold basic cybersecurity measures to protect the company’s data and infrastructure.- Collaborate with security specialists and follow best practices for prevention, detection, and incident response.**We Offer**:- Fully remote work format with no location restrictions.- Essentials that are worth mentioning: paid day-off, sick leave, an 8-hour workday, and corporate wellbeing programs.- Active involvement in the professional growth of every team member.
