AI Content Operation Manager

Location: Team: Global Operations Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A82352 Responsibilities Role Overview: Responsible for the user growth of CapCut's AI tools/features. By combining the preferences of Brazilian users and social media content trends, leverage AI tools/features to create and promote viral templates or videos with market impact, driving feature penetration and user growth. End-to-End Content Operations: Understand and gain insights into the AI industry, learn about the performance capabilities and applicable scenarios of various AI product models. Identify selling points of CapCut AI tools/functions through tool analytics, social media trends, and cultural insights, to curate and customize content strategies for target audiences. Manage content production cycles, collaborating with CapCut AI creators on calibration. Plan in-app campaigns and cross-platform activities to amplify content reach and influence. Strengthen AI Creator Ecosystem: Recruit high-quality AI creators aligned with platform needs and regional content trends. Build competitive advantages through strategic AI creator partnerships, help AI influencers create better high-quality content, and contribute to product marketing growth. Creator Empowerment & Management: Diagnose creator pain points and skill gaps; deliver training on content strategy/editing. Design incentive policies and community guidelines to motivate and manage creators. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: More than 3 years of related experience (AI content/short video trends) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluent Portuguese; professional English proficiency (working language). Deep familiarity with LATAM social media (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and cultural trends. Strong AI content sensitivity: ability to identify viral trends and emerging creators. Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication. Data-driven mindset: ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in fast-paced, global team environments. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Pixverse, Manus, Higgsfield, Midjourney) and short-video platforms; basic video editing skills. Proficiency with mobile/desktop editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut) or AI tools is preferred. AI works, Model Training, and other relevant portfolios can be attached and shared.
