- About the Team and Pippit Created by the CapCut team, Pippit is your smart creative agent, equipped with AI-powered content creation tools to help commercial users to produce marketing content faster and smarter. Pippit is the future marketing content creation tool for all who are looking for a better way to produce content. Responsibilities - Responsible for agile evaluation of in-country language copywriting and summary of common issues and optimization directions, providing professional guidance for copywriting polishing. - Capture popular content and social media trends in the BR market, collaborate with the product team for viral content planning and creative exploration, and continuously enrich the inspiration module content. - Based on in-country aesthetic preferences and user behaviors, conduct evaluation and labeling for product features like AI avatars, adjust content direction and increase localized content supply, and provide insights for recommendation strategies optimization to improve user experience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from any major, majores related film production, digital marketing, communication, visual design are preferred. - 3+ years of working in content related project management or operations, experience of short video/commercial industry preferred. - Familiar with digital content eco-system and data analytics - Fluent in English, highly committed to the position, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Good knowledge of short video creation or editing, familiar with AIGC or AI tools;
- Organized and structural mindset, good at target breakdown, strategic thinking and planning.
