Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Make regular operation plan according to the analysis of market trends and user consumption. Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines.
2.Responsible for the daily trending topic operation, including all platforms trending monitor, internal trending generation and quality content recommendation.
3.Identify the targeted creators according to in-app content trends, and responsible for the creator acquisition from all platforms.
**Qualifications**:
1. 3+ years of working in content related project management or operations.
2. Familiar with the digital content eco-system,strong understanding of data analytics.
3. Expert knowledge of music, pop culture and internet trends.
4. Have proficient English language skills, and experience in working in a fast paced environment.
