Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

As part of the content operations team for CapCut, you will be coming up with strategies to continue and attract content creators to use our platform. Empowering creativity across Sao Paulo, our content operations team at CapCut expertly navigates local nuances to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for developing content diversity and continuously improving the content consumption experience of different user groups.
2. Analyze user needs, consumption characteristics, content supply and demand structure, explore content growth points, output diversified content strategies to optimize content experience and user perception.
3. Work closely with product, platform and other teams to effectively coordinate resources of all parties to achieve business goals.
1. 3+ years of experience in content project management or operations, with a good understanding of video content operation and content diversity.
2. Have a good sense of video content tendencies and diversified user needs, understand the distribution logic of content products,
3. Data oriented, be able to conduct content analysis and judge content potentials and priorities from data.
4. Fluent in English, highly committed to the position, and experience working in a remote online collaboration environment.
