Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

As part of the content operations team for CapCut, you will be coming up with strategies to continue and attract content creators to use our platform.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the video template iteration strategy output, to improve CapCut content experience on daily trends, template diversity and creative editing.
2. Build up and develop efficient execution plans and workflow for team members. And be responsible for content target completion.
3. Collaborate with different teams, like MKT, Product, TikTok etc, to enhance user awareness and product impact in the local market.

**Qualifications**:
1. 5+ years of working in local operations and team management, experienced in content production and development. 2. Work experience of short video industry preferred.
3. Familiar with digital content eco-system and data analytics. Expert knowledge of pop culture and social media trends.
4. Experienced in cross-team collaboration and project management.
5. Fluent in English, highly committed to the position, and experienced working in a remote online collaboration environment.
