Job Overview Our organization is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance, network troubleshooting, and data center services. Offer on-site IT support, including network and hardware troubleshooting. Collaborate with network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points. Assign switch ports to VLANs and patch phone ports as needed. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure operations within a performance-driven environment. Troubleshoot VoIP phones and perform basic configurations. Diagnose and coordinate resolution for fiber link issues and switch chassis replacements. Conduct regular checks of IDF rooms for cooling, UPS alarms, and PDU health. Support network administrators during technical troubleshooting. Monitor systems using tools like SolarWinds, Control-M, and Avamar/Data Domain.
