Mentora managers a criarem times de alta performance.- Ponto focal para dúvidas, ideias e visibilidade sobre o andamento de iniciativas da tribo.- Busca criar um ambiente ideal de foco e autonomia aos times.- Prioriza iniciativas que resolvam dores em comum aos times do seu domínio e, possivelmente, na empresa.Experiência com gestão simultânea de mais de um timeExperiência com liderança de Tech ManagersDiferencial: vivência com produtos de meios de pagamento- Recesso de 30 dias, pagamento adicional de 1/3 sobre o recesso e 13º salário.- Vale Refeição (CAJU): em torno de R$500/mês (variável conforme dias úteis)- Vale Cultura de R$50,00 ao mês;- Plano de Saúde Unimed Nacional (com coparticipação de 30% e sem custo para o titular);- Plano Odontológico Amil (sem coparticipação e sem mensalidade para o titular).- Escritório Bilíngue, onde você pode escolher um de nossos cursos de idiomas ou tecnologia para estudar gratuitamente;- Day off no mês de aniversário.
