Job Title: Senior Administrative Support Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to provide executive-level support to our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and efficient individual to join our organization and contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing best-in-class administrative support, balancing multiple priorities and tasks with ease. Key duties include: Calendar management, coordinating complex meeting schedules and logistics. Events coordination, including project management and IT support. Preparation of materials, documents, and presentations. Proofreading and editing documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors. The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools is required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
