SUMMARY OF THE POSITION We are on the lookout for a Senior Sportsbook Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this position you will play a strategic role in managing our Sportsbook product offerings and campaigns, ensuring a premier customer experience tailored to the Brazilian market. Your passion for sports and betting, combined with a profound understanding of online gaming, will be the motivation for driving growth and engaging our customer base. You'll be responsible for the daily operations, creating high-quality site experiences, and organising compelling campaigns that retain and attract customers. In collaboration with various teams, you will align marketing activities, manage content relevant to the sports calendar, and deliver outstanding services to our customers. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge and providing analytical support for clients and risk management. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the seamless operation of our Sportsbook business day in, day out Support driving high-quality site experiences and customer journeys Innovate and implement campaigns and promotions designed to retain, reactivate, and acquire our Sportsbook fans Monitor Sportsbook KPIs, spotting outliers and compiling essential reports Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to craft Sportsbook campaigns that resonate and reverberate through our customer base Liaise with both central teams and customer service to ensure strong communication and alignment on all marketing activities across all touchpoints Manage our site content to ensure its relevancy to the sports calendar Execute campaigns with precision and cultivate enticing bonus schemes Navigate our competitive stance, manage site content, and amplify promotions across various screens Engage with our local team to ensure our customers receive communication, offers, and experiences that bypass expectations Deep dive into Client Management, analysing customer patterns with a keen eye Support with Risk Management, observing and responding to any situation with a strategist's mind Support the Senior Sportsbook Specialist, the Sports Lead and the Head of Sports, with additional responsibilities and duties as required. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED You are a sports aficionado with rich insights into the Brazilian market You are well-versed in sports betting and the online gaming arena We expect you to be an autonomous go‑getter, supremely organised, meticulous, and an articulate communicator You must be a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with a proficient command of English, with any additional language being considered a bonus You will also be tech‑savvy, with strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. You are creatively charged and hungry for knowledge An independent team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment You must be ready to adapt to a schedule that spans early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.
