Who will you be working with?
You will work in the Finance team, leading a competent team, and focusing on controlling and generating productivity in our manufacturing operations.
How will you make a difference?
As leader of the Supply Chain Finance team, you will be the point of contact between finance and the Operations team, guiding the teams towards cost-out actions and productivity.
You will support the Supply Chain Finance team in closing analyses, budget/strategic plan process, control, and dissemination of productivity metrics, cost/inventory control, and validation of cost-out initiatives.
In addition, you will be responsible for the Capex plan in the Operations area (Manufacturing + Supply Chain).
You will be responsible for the billing and tax receipt teams, ensuring efficient operations following current legislation.
What do we want to know about you?
- Degree in Accounting, Administration or Economics
- Relevant experience in finance
- Advanced/fluent English
- Ability to communicate clearly and objectively
- Leadership skills: people management and development
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and POWER BI
- Skills in financial viability analysis
- Knowledge of functional financial processes and understanding of manufacturing dynamics
- Results orientation

What will your typical day look like?
- Daily interface with operations and finance teams
- Daily contact with the global operations team to align numbers and strategy
- Management of the best result estimate, weekly reported
- Support to Controllership, IT, and Operations teams to define process improvements
