About The Team / Role

The team provides assistance with a variety of HR services across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits administration, invoicing, and vendor management, among others.

In this role, you will be responsible for the HR lifecycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer, etc.), provide inquiry support on HR policies, procedures, and legislation, regularly review standard operating procedures, document process changes, identify opportunities for improvement in daily processes, and assist in implementing these initiatives. You will ensure HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of employee data via SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, provide consistent customer service and solutions to inquiries, and participate in required HR service projects as needed.

We are eager to be in touch with candidates who have

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations (payroll or personnel administration, etc.)
  • At least a bachelor’s degree related to HR or Business Administration
  • High attention to detail and results orientation
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
