About The Team / Role The team provides assistance with a variety of HR services across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits administration, invoicing, and vendor management, among others. In this role, you will be responsible for the HR lifecycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer, etc.), provide inquiry support on HR policies, procedures, and legislation, regularly review standard operating procedures, document process changes, identify opportunities for improvement in daily processes, and assist in implementing these initiatives. You will ensure HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of employee data via SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, provide consistent customer service and solutions to inquiries, and participate in required HR service projects as needed.
