Our team is growing and we are looking for a Payments Partnership Specialist who will help us leading the structuring and implementation of the product development plan for southern cone (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay), focused on supporting the growth and adoption of PayRetailers in the assigned territory and promoting strategic commercial projects, as well as the negotiation of new agreements with the different partners or suppliers, both for acquisition and alternative payment methods.
**Job Duties And Responsibilities**:
- Market research of the new strategic solutions in method payments. Acquirers and Alternative Payment Methods.
- Relationship management with Payment Solution Providers to ensure the best possible player deposit acceptance and the efficient resolution of end-user problems with payments.
- Continuous communication with existing payment providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Comparative new PSP research and competitor analysis.
- Continuous reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on PSP status.
- Understand what the market needs and current clients' portfolios along with the help of AM & Sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization.
- In charge of organizing business meetings with potential suppliers that complement the vision and mission of PayRetailers.
- In charge of constantly optimizing the product portfolio taking advantage of data analysis at each step of the process.
- Know and ensure compliance with the rules and guidelines established by law, to ensure regulatory compliance that regulates the operation of PayRetailers in each region.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing vendors and seek new business deals based on customer transactional performance.
**Experience And Qualifications**:
- Professional in systems engineering, industrial, or professional in finance or other
- Previous experience in the delivery and promotion of regulated products to the market.
- Experience in product management and promotion or product design focused on e-commerce and digital banking.
- Knowledge and skills for extracting data from multiple sources, as well as generating management reports.
- Solid skills in market or competitor research and analysis.
- Advanced level of English (mandatory) and good level of Spanish will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly learn technical concepts, multitask, and set priorities.
