Job Title A high-performance Service Delivery Manager is required to oversee the operations of a service center and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service management and continuous improvement activities. About This Role Oversee all aspects of service center operations, including managing staff and supervisors. Resolve complex business problems for team members. Liaise with customers to improve satisfaction levels. Analyze local market trends and competitive products. Collaborate with directors to develop and implement service policies. Conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for product improvement. Assist with the transfer of knowledge and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the service center. Develop and implement service management strategies. Build relationships with key customers.
