Job Title: Customer Experience Representative About the Role: The Customer Experience Representative will provide top-notch customer support, resolve issues and complaints, manage customer accounts, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Main Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary. Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in the system. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and guidance. Build strong relationships with customers through empathetic and clear communication. Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality. Requirements: 1 year of related experience and/or a related degree. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational abilities. Meticulous attention to detail. Collaborative team spirit. Commitment to confidentiality. A quiet, private workspace. Must be at least 21 years old. Bilingualism in English and Portuguese.
