OverviewThe Compliance Analyst ensures compliance with safety standards, supports drivers, and maintains regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities- Conduct background checks for driver candidates.
- Ensure drivers meet company and DOT compliance standards.
- Handle post-accident documentation and drug/alcohol tests.
- Review driver violations and submit necessary documentation.
- Respond to safety tickets and driver inquiries.
- Maintain and submit all regulatory documents on time.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
