Binance Link Business Development - Latin America (6 month contract)

About Binance VIP & Institutional Team

Built by the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume, Binance VIP and Institutional offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. Responsibilities
  • Account Servicing - Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.
  • Lead Identification and Pitching - Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.
  • Commercial Negotiations and Project Management - Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.
  • Relationship Management - Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.
  • Process Improvement - Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.
Requirements
  • Communication skills - Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge - Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.
  • Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge - A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.
  • Language Requirement - English/Spanish bilingual is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Portuguese would be a plus.
  • Work Ethic - Disciplined and strong ability to work independently.
  • Educational Background - Polytechnic or University Graduate; prior working experience (part-time or full-time) is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge on APIs - Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable.
