Overview Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil Location: Fully remote, global, regional and satellite offices available at your discretion. Employment Type: Full-Time. Travel may be required based on business demand or client request. Commission: Yes. We are an award-winning IT consultant, VAR, MSP/MSSP, ISV, Systems Integrator, Master Telecom Agent and Solution Provider with a proven agile business model focused on customer-centric outcomes. We also serve municipalities, state/federal and international entities, including all branches of military services, to enhance productivity and deliver powerful digital workflows. Responsibilities Build a robust sales pipeline and introduce and sell Omni’s product line to customers and prospects. Develop new business to generate opportunities, including defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. Engage with Directors and C-level contacts and manage the full sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations. Apply an adaptable sales approach aligned with client prerequisites and current opportunities. Work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives; maintain and frequently update a business plan to track growth and territory strategy. Serve as a liaison between Omni, partners and customers; maintain a thorough understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services. Prospect for new business, upgrade existing clients, identify pain points, and communicate with technology partners. Prepare and deliver product/services demonstrations and presentations online or on-premise; oversee hand-off to services and ensure proper implementation. Maintain industry and competitive knowledge; respond to opportunities and RFIs/RFPs; participate in required training. Follow described fulfillment processes and ensure accurate, timely sales and service orders. Maintain territory management and utilize sales reporting tools. Contribute to quarterly and yearly planning and quota attainment across Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, Data, Security, Mobility, ERP, and related areas. Required Qualifications Valid Passport; native and fluent English; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Minimum of five years in Technology Solutions Sales related to at least eight solutions and services; minimum five years of experience managing an open territory to drive new sales; minimum five years of experience in senior leadership and C-Level relationship building. Understanding of sales skills and techniques; ability to perform complex solution selling and achieve high sales volumes. Minimum of four recent Sales/Technical Certifications in Business Development / Pre-Sales (Sales and Technical). Excellent written and verbal communication skills at technical and professional levels; ability to communicate with people at all levels.
