Position Profile You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects.In this role, you will cultivate new business to help generate new opportunities which include defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. The candidate will have experience with Directors and C‑level contacts and must have the ability to develop, grow, and execute the sales cycle in medium, and enterprise organizations. You must implement a sales approach that is adaptable to client prerequisites and support business opportunities at hand. You must have the ability to work independently to drive and overachieve all sales goals and objectives. A business plan is expected and should be frequently updated to track growth, performance and overall territory strategy. The candidate will serve as a liaison between Omni Business Solutions, our partners and customers. A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required. Duties & Responsibilities Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Complete customer requirements analysis Identify pain points for all prospects and accounts Communicate with technology partners Obtain and exceed assigned quota Prepare and update business plan Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting Manage your territory Follow described fulfillment processes; submit accurate sales and service orders Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations online/on premise Oversee proper implementation and hand‑off of client from sales to services Ensure appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge Effectively respond to opportunities and RFPs/Infos Attend and successfully complete training requirements Required Qualifications Valid passport Native and fluent English Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum five years of experience in technology solutions sales over at least eight solutions/services Minimum five years managing an open territory to drive new sales Minimum five years senior leadership and C‑level relationship building Understanding of sales skills and techniques for complex solution selling Ability to achieve high sales volumes Minimum four recent sales/technical certifications in business development/pre‑sales Ability to perform without direct supervision Professional, creative, dynamic presence; excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels Commission Programs Solutions Commissions | Services Commissions | Product Commissions | Renewal Commissions | Professional Services Commissions Benefits Summary Omni Business Solutions offers a competitive benefits program designed to help employees & consultants build a solid financial foundation for meeting a diverse range of needs: Health care, income protection, retirement security, personal interests and rewards 401(k) matching Flexible Schedule & Flexible Spending Account Health, Vision and Life Insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leave Tuition Reimbursement Employee Retention Programs No politics, performance promotions, bonuses and recognition awards Omni Business Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
