CSafe is seeking a **Sales Manager**in Puerto Rico to join our world-class sales team CSafe offers the most comprehensive temperature-management solutions for pharmaceutical cold chain shipping needs around the world to ensure patients receive life enhancing products. This critical role will be responsible for retaining existing accounts, developing new customer relationships, identifying prospects, qualifying and closing new business, and will act as an advocate for CSafe. Come join our growing industry and build your career with us
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Achieves revenue objectives.
- Builds brand value and market awareness and penetrates market with Active and Passive products.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships and business with new and existing customers.
- Builds relationships with partners' sales teams to produce effective, strategic selling solutions with heavy focus on direct passive sales.
- Develops a structured sales plan to include the development and management of sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
- Clarifies and qualifies opportunities; develops proposals and makes formal presentations to potential clients.
- Furthers CSafe value proposition and clearly communicates it in the target market with customers, prospects, and partners.
- Maintains and communicates market knowledge, e.g., changes in customer environment and competitive landscape.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- BS/BA degree in business, engineering, or fields including pharmacy, biology, and or drug development. MBA beneficial.
- 5+ years of successful solutions business-to-business selling experience, preferably in the life sciences industry with experiences at pharma services, airline, freight forwarding/logistics companies preferred.
- Experience with CDMO, Biologics, Cold Chain, Packaging, and Air Cargo areas desired.
- Knowledge of medical, pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty packaging marketplaces is a plus.
- Consistent and verifiable track record for achieving sales quotas and winning new customers.
- Ability to build excellent relationships with customers and internal team members.
- Outstanding written and oral communication
- Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of complex sales tools such as "Strategic Selling."
- Goal orientated, highly enthusiastic, dedicated to excellence and biased toward action.
- Work Environment:
- Domestic travel (50%+) with some international travel; travel expected to US Headquarters upon request
- Home office environment
- Must possess valid driver's license
