The Regional Manager is responsible for product sales within the assigned territory in the Northern and Southern parts of Brazil.
Responsibilities- Lead market activities and execution within the designated region
- Monitor and oversee associated marketing efforts to sustain brand presence and licensee volumes
- Develop a customized sales and distribution strategy for each licensee within the assigned territories, encompassing all channels
- Identify marketing initiatives aligned with the assigned licensees' sales and distribution requirements
- Conduct market visits and research competitors, evaluating potential market opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or B2B sales, preferably in the food and/or beverage industry
- Demonstrated leadership ability and capacity to drive results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation expertise
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical skills in strategic planning and sales
- Able to interpret syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen data)
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
